Ordering a logo design package from us is easy. Just give us a call on 01298 605010 or send us an email. Alternatively, click one of the ‘Get Started’ buttons and complete the short form with your details. We will send you an invoice and payment can be made by debit card over the phone, BACS or cheque.
We can provide your final logo in a variety of different file formats for both web and print, such as jpeg, gif, eps, ai, swf, tiff & png. If you need your logo to be a specific size, we can do this for you free of charge. If you require a black and white version or a different colour theme than your final design, just let us know.
Once you have ordered a logo design package from us, we will send you a questionnaire to complete (unless you have sent us the details via our online form or email). This will help us to determine the style that would be best suited to your business organisation and you can let us know any specifications you might have.
When we have received your questionnaire, we will start work on the initial concept(s). This stage usually takes about 3 working days but please contact us for timescales as these can vary. If you need revisions after this initial stage, you can send us your feedback and we will move onto the revision stage. We aim to complete revisions within 24hrs. If you require more than three revisions there is an extra charge of £30 per extra revision.
Once the logo is finalised, we will send you all the files you require for print, web, clothing, signage etc. We can send you extra files at any time at no extra cost. You will own the copyright of your design.
