What does a vector design mean?
We will create your logo in a vector package, which means it can be scaled without distortion. This is very important when having a logo designed, as it means you will be able to use your design on anything from a business card right up to having your branding on a vehicle or a billboard without loss of quality. So, whichever logo design package you choose you will receive the final design in a vector format along with the other standard file formats.
Is your logo poor quality?
If you already have a logo design but the files you have are poor quality, we can re-create your logo as a vector file. Once complete, we will send you the source file as well as all the logo files you’ll need for print and web. Just send us your current logo file and we can let you know the cost.
Need your logo updating?
If your logo is looking tired and outdated, we can re-visit the design and create a fresh new look, whilst still retaining your brand identity. Just get in touch to discuss your requirements and we’d be happy to work on the logo for your business to help create a professional image.
Which logo design package should you choose?
Both of our popular logo packages offer great value for money whilst not compromising on quality. Which package you choose will depend on your budget and if you already have a logo idea in mind. Our one concept package is great if you have a clear vision for your logo and you just need us to bring this vision to life. We will include three variations around the concept and along with the revision stages you will still see a good selection of logo designs based around the one concept. We would recommend selecting the three concept logo package if you want more choice. This package enables you to see three different concepts as well as three variations around each, so you will have a lot more choice at the first stage. If you are not sure which package to choose, we’d be happy to discuss the options and suggest which one would be the best option for your business.

We can redraw your pixelated or hard-copy logo in vector format, or give your old logo an updated look with a refresh. Contact us with your logo and send us the details of what you would like - we'll be happy to advise and let you know the cost.

How to order one of our packages?
Ordering a logo design package from us is easy. Just give us a call on 01298 605010 or send us an email. Alternatively, click one of the ‘Get Started’ buttons and complete the short form with your details. We will send you an invoice and payment can be made by BACS.
What file formats will I receive?
We can provide your final logo in a variety of different file formats for both web and print, such as jpeg, gif, eps, and png. If you need your logo to be a specific size, we can do this for you free of charge. If you require a black and white version or a different colour theme than your final design, just let us know.
What happens once I’ve placed my order for a logo design package?
Once you have ordered a logo design package from us, we will send you a questionnaire to complete (unless you have sent us the details via our online form or email). This will help us to determine the style that would be best suited to your business organisation and you can let us know any specifications you might have.
When we have received your questionnaire, we will start work on the initial concept(s). This stage usually takes about 3 working days but please contact us for timescales as these can vary. We will then send you the designs by email. If you need help with the questionnaire, check out our blog on how to write a logo design brief.
If you need revisions after this initial stage, you can send us your feedback and we will move onto the revision stage. We aim to complete revisions within 24hrs. If you require more than three revisions there is an extra charge of £50 per extra revision.
Once the logo is finalised, we will send you all the files you require for print, web, clothing, signage etc. We can send you extra files at any time at no extra cost. You will own the copyright of your design.
