Design process and guarantee
Contact us with your research content and any specific design requirements you might have. If you have been given poster guidelines by a conference, NHS Trust or other organisation, you can send these to us too.
We then design your poster and send the initial draft to you for feedback. We then make any changes you would like.

What to include on your NHS research poster
The amount of information you can include will largely be determined by the poster size:
- Research content: Your poster might include your research question, background, methodology, results, conclusions and key findings. We can help organise your content into a clear and logical layout.
- Clinical data: Complex medical or clinical data can often be presented more effectively using charts, graphs, diagrams or infographics.
- Images: Clinical images, photographs, illustrations and other visual material can help communicate your findings. Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to use any images.

If you need revisions after this initial stage, you can send us your feedback and we will move on to the revision stage. We aim to complete revisions within 24hrs. We will work on the design until you are happy with the layout.
Once the design is finalised, we will send you the print ready file.
